We offer a full range of complimentary joining systems including; electrofusion, stub end and backing rings and mechanical compression couplings and accessories.DAMOS hire can provide Poly Butt and Electro fusion welders with the ability to weld pipe from 20mm to 1200mm in diameter.

DAMOS ventilation systems are manufactured utilising the highest quality Polyethylene and PVC fabrics and can be individually designed to meet your specific requirements. DAMOS are also suppliers of heavy duty, low leakage, high frequency welded PVC ducting and fittings to the mining and tunneling industries. A variety of ventilation fans, air movers and accessories are also available.

DAMOS manufactures a wide range of screening systems, heavy duty rubber wear parts, liner blocks and skirt liners. Screening systems are available in 305mm x 305mm modular panels with apertures sizes of 15 – 65mm.

The DAMOS lo stretch Cross tension rubber screen clothes are made from premium grade rubber, reinforced with hi-tensile fabric. These are designed to be used in all vibrating screens including; scalping secondary, tertiary & trammel applications. Screen clothes range in thickness from 4mm – 150mm with apertures from 4mm upwards. Apertures come in round, square, rectangular, oval, & hexagonal, tear drop or slotted ensuring all material types are catered for.

DAMOS also has a NATA accredited testing service under the Materials Technology and Testing Laboratory (MTTL) brand. The laboratory is independent to manufacturing and all the required testing for the group is carried out in our accredited laboratory. We invite customers to utilise the independent facilities for polyethylene welding tensile testing, bend testing and peel testing. The laboratory is also equipped to handle moisture testing of resins, OIT testing of pipe; melt flow requirements and hydrostatic testing of pipe and fittings.

MTTL is our quality centre for all our manufacturing, including, ventilation materials, rubber, polyethylene piping and spool work.

DAMOS is third party accredited with SAI Global, in accordance with AS / NZS ISO 9001: 2000, Certificate No. QEC3125. DAMOS is a quality assured manufacture of blue line drinking water and yellow line gas polyethylene piping systems.
